Membership Guidelines & Overview for Artists

Soleyne's membership program is designed to meet and exceed the needs of our artisans.  Our site enables artists to auction or sell for a fixed price their reviewed and approved artwork.  Features are coming soon that accommodate the artist who works on commission. This range of options hopes to encompass the individual needs of all our artisans.

Membership to Soleyne and Magasin Soleyne is by invitation only. Soleyne requires no restrictive membership commitments, although we have stringent standards regarding the quality of the work and presentation in the gallery. 

Invited, reviewed artists may list for sale or for auction up to 35 pieces of their reviewed artwork.  We ask that artists initially present us with the genre and medium they wish to list and stay within that category for their postings. Other creations can be presented for approval as desired, but we are striving for a strong, contiguous look to the gallery offerings.

Soleyne has set a standard of art and high craft only.  Magasin Soleyne, when launched, will focus on affordable artwork and high quality handcrafted goods. Magasin Soleyne will also be populated by invited, top notch artists and crafts people. Soleyne reserves the right to bar/remove the posting of work we feel does not meet our presentation/quality guidelines.  If work fails to meet any of our subjective requirements, the artist will be notified promptly and informed as to the reasons for our decision.

If an artist decides that they no longer wish to participate in our community, by informing admin@soleyne.com of this choice,  their membership and listing will promptly be removed.

If any membership guidelines are to be amended or changed, we will provide as much lead time as possible and artists will also be given adequate time frames to respond to necessary changes. Each artist is welcome to provide input to our panel in regard to changes.  Soleyne recognizes that each of our members must make choices which work best for them.  You may direct your comments/inquiries to josh@soleyne.com.
